Course spots are secured once payment is received. Prices are in GBP and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount due. Receipts are issued electronically.
- We accept major UK debit/credit cards and secure digital wallets.
- Invoices for corporate bookings are payable within 14 days unless agreed in writing.
- Late or failed payments may result in suspension of access until resolved.
2. Cancellations & Refunds Copy link
You may cancel a single session at least 24 hours in advance for credit. Course cancellations are considered case-by-case in line with UK consumer law.
- Single-session bookings: credit available if cancelled ≥ 24 hours before start.
- Block bookings/courses: partial refunds or credits may apply proportionally to unused sessions, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- If we cancel an event or substantially change it, you may choose an alternative date or a full refund.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible and may take up to 10 working days to appear.
3. Conduct & Safety Copy link
Respect for participants and instructors is mandatory. Unsafe conduct may result in removal without refund to protect others. You must follow instructor guidance, wear appropriate attire and footwear, and disclose any relevant health conditions prior to participation.
4. Changes to Schedule Copy link
We may adjust schedules or locations due to instructor availability or safety. We will notify you by email. If changes are material (time or location changes that materially impact attendance), you can request a credit or refund.

6. Consumer Rights & Cooling-off Copy link
If you book online as a consumer, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 may provide a 14-day cooling-off period for certain purchases. Where services begin within this period with your consent, your right to cancel may be affected and charges may apply for services already delivered.
7. Limitation of Liability Copy link
Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to this, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the applicable booking.

To protect privacy and safety, you must obtain consent before recording any participant or instructor. We may capture photos or short clips during classes for promotional purposes; where required, we will request your consent or provide an opt-out.
9. Age & Guardians Copy link
Participants under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian. Some classes may have specific age requirements for safety reasons. Please check class descriptions prior to booking.
10. Memberships & Renewals Copy link
Where memberships or recurring packages are offered, renewal terms and cancellation windows will be clearly disclosed at checkout. You may cancel auto-renewal any time before the renewal date via your account or by contacting us. Part-used periods are non-refundable unless required by law.
11. Health & Safety Copy link
Please consult a medical professional if you have concerns about your ability to participate. Warm up appropriately, stay hydrated, and stop immediately if you feel unwell. We follow reasonable measures consistent with UK health and safety guidance for group activities.
12. Force Majeure Copy link
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, strikes, epidemics, or government restrictions. We will use reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide credits.
13. Complaints & Feedback Copy link
We take concerns seriously. Please email details of your complaint, including dates and booking references. We aim to acknowledge within 3 working days and respond within 10 working days.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction Copy link
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK may bring claims in their local courts.
